Gog and Magog? Why the Pre-Trib hysteria against Russia is not only Biblically wrong but Dangerous

As I was checking on today's news this headline came to my attention. Gog-Magog coalition... that coalition that is inherently evil according to Pre-Trib doctrines - the sign that we are in the latter days because evil Russia is planning to war against poor little Israel bringing about the battle of Armageddon.

WHY IT IS WRONG:

First of all the book of Revelation tells us when this battle is going to take place and it is not during the tribulation or the second coming of Christ. The battle of Gog and Magog takes place AFTER the 1,000 year millennial reign of Christ!

And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison, And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

(Revelation 20:7-8)

So why the pre-trib hysteria about Gog and Magog? Because evangelicals are being influenced by "Zionists" who want to sanitize Israel and demonize Russia. Stop and think about it. Israel is going to be front and center during the reign of the anti-Christ. They are going to be instrumental in the empowerment of the Anti-Christ and will accept him as the messiah until he double crosses them three and a half years before the second coming of Christ and declares himself to be god and sits in the temple in Jerusalem reigning as god and king.

So if Russia and Turkey were to go to war against Israel at the end of the tribulation they would be fighting on the right side! They would be going to war against the Anti-Christ government and utter tyranny!

WHY THIS PRE-TRIB TEACHING ABOUT RUSSIA AND ISRAEL IS DANGEROUS

It is dangerous because it has created an unjust phobia against Russia and produced an all too friendly bond with Israel and could be leading us into a third world war.

Russia is not the nation that is going to bring the world the ANTI-CHRIST. ISRAEL WILL !!!

It seems to me that evangelical Christianity considers Judaism to be a confused sister to Christianity. That thinking would be more applicable to the Russian Orthodox church. The official Jewish religion IS ANTI-CHRIST. Don't misunderstand me. I have no animosity towards Jewish individuals. I pray for their eyes to be opened to accept the true Messiah just as I do the Muslim people or Atheists or any other heathens. However as a religion Judaism has been rejected by God as they rejected their messiah. When they crucified Jesus the religion called Judaism became an anti-Christ religion and God responded by punishing them, destroying the temple and dispersing the people.

Jesus is the only sacrifice for sin and once his sacrifice was complete the Jewish religion ought to have repented and embraced their savior. They did not so God abolished their animal sacrifice. God then despised the ceremonial expression of Judaism (circumcision) declaring it contrary and said that the circumcision that counts is that of the heart not the privates.

For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:

But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God. Rom 2:28,29

While I personally believe that the US support of Israel is the work of God to bring about His purposes I also believe that the Christian people have fallen into the error of supporting the false religion that is modern day Judaism.

THE ANTI-CHRIST EMERGES IN ISRAEL

The covenant made by Israel with the Anti-Christ is the launching of the seven year tribulation according to Daniel chapter nine.

26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, . Daniel 9

As is the case with many other Bible prophesies that begin describing one person or event but then clearly goes on to be speaking of another person or event... (such as the description of the King of Tyre and Satan in Ezekiel 28)

In a like manner Daniel 9:26 that speaks of the "people of the prince to come" refers to the Destruction of Jerusalem and the Temple by the Romans which happened a few decades after the crucifixion of Christ.

It is interesting that Daniel says that the "people of the prince that shall come" meaning that the AntiChrist comes from the same people that destroy Jerusalem. Other verses connect the Anti Christ to Israel and Assyria. It seems to me that the AntiChrist will be diversity in the flesh and bring about hierarchical unity between Arabs, Jews, and Gentiles - Christianity, Judaism and Islam.

Right now the Vatican is working for the unification of all religions. Could a future Pope come from Assyria? Could the Muslim Madhi? Could he be born in Bethlehem and claim Davidic genealogy? While it is possible that Russia and Turkey could attack Israel before the tribulation the Battle of Gog and Magog spoken of in Ezekiel Chapters 38 and 39 clearly takes place according to Revelation 20:6-8 after the Millennial reign of Christ.

Right now Russia is in a war against the great reset and the global elite and the global elite have the American Christians brainwashed and thus neutralizing the Christian support for Russia and causing them instead to support the anti-Christ religion of Judaism.
